“If you cannot afford the semester fee, you can apply for a refund. The completed document must be submitted to the AStA office by December 31 by email or printed out.

The ticket does NOT have to be validated for the refund of the fee due to social hardship. You can continue to use the ticket, as it is paid for from the student body’s social support.”
