What do I have to do to get the semester ticket?

All students who have re-registered or enrolled by 20 March do not need to do anything and should have a ticket in the app on 1 April. If this is not the case and you are correctly registered in the VVW app and have already tried to log in and out of the app, please write an email to buero.asta@uni-rostock.de.

How quickly this is done depends on our workload and that of the VVW (Verkehrsverbund Warnow). However, we endeavour to get the tickets into the app within a few working days.

Where can I find my semester ticket?

The semester ticket is primarily made available in the VVW (Verkehrsverbund Warnow) app. It is still possible to apply for a chip card (see application form below).

No, this is not currently planned for the nationwide semester ticket in the overall concept and therefore cannot be implemented by us and the VVW at a local level.
